INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY

At DataSlayer we have protected the information security, cyber security and privacy protection systems, which support the import and automation of marketing data in an integrated manner according to the declaration of applicability, in accordance with the current declaration of applicability.
In order to realise this protection, an information security and privacy management system has been implemented in which the following principles apply:

• Confidentiality and privacy: The information processed by DataSlayer will be known only to authorised persons, after identification, when necessary, and by the means provided.
• Integrity: The information processed by DataSlayer will be complete, accurate and valid, being the content provided by those concerned without any manipulation.
• Availability: The information processed by DataSlayer will be accessible and usable by authorised and identified users at all times, guaranteeing its own persistence in the event of any foreseen eventuality.

These principles are taken as a basis for the establishment of information security and privacy objectives that allow us to continuously improve our management system.
Likewise, the organisation’s management is committed to compliance with the applicable legislation and/or regulation on the protection of personally identifiable information, as well as with the contractual terms agreed between the organisation and its partners, its subcontractors and the relevant third parties (customers, suppliers, etc.), and to clearly allocate responsibilities among them.
