Julia If the Dataslayer.ai add-on does not work correctly, for example the resfresh or the modify queries functions do not load the metrics or dimensions selected, it might be caused by one of these reasons:
- Changes in the subscription plan, like upgrading your current plan.
- Changes or updates that we may have made to the add-on.
To solve this, you only have to reload the Google Sheets’ page or reload the Dataslayer.ai add-on, by closing it and then opening it again.
